1. Your account

• You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
• Your account is personal. Keep your password private and do not let anyone else use your login.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Tell us right away at csrsvaservices@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

2. Enrollment and course access

Registering or enrolling does not by itself grant course access. Access is given per course, after CSRS Digital manually verifies your payment for that course. Until then, the course appears as pending in your dashboard.

We may suspend or revoke access if an account is shared, if content is copied or redistributed, if payment cannot be verified, or if the account is otherwise misused.

3. Payments

Payments are made directly to CSRS Digital using the instructions shown after you enroll (for example GCash or bank transfer), together with your enrollment reference code. This website does not process online payments and never asks for your card details. Prices shown are in Philippine pesos; where no price is shown, it is confirmed by the CSRS team before you pay.

4. Refunds

Refund terms are as communicated by CSRS Digital before payment. If you have a question about refunds, please ask us before you send your payment.

5. Training content

Lessons, videos, templates, and resources are for enrolled members only. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own learning. You may not copy, record, download (except files provided for download), share, resell, or redistribute them, or share links that give others access. All training content remains the property of CSRS Digital or its licensors.

Training is educational. We do not promise specific results, income, or employment from completing a course. Certificates, where offered, are issued by the CSRS team and are not automatic.

6. Community conduct

The member Q&A is a place to learn. When you post, you agree to:

• be respectful — no harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks;
• stay on topic, and not post spam, advertising, or scams;
• not share anyone’s private information, including your own account details;
• not post content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to share.

We may edit, close, or remove posts, and restrict accounts that break these rules.

7. Reviews

If you submit a review, you allow CSRS Digital to publish it on the website and in our marketing once it has been approved by an administrator, shown with a shortened form of your name. Reviews must reflect your honest experience. You can ask us to remove your review at any time.

8. Work opportunities

Work opportunities are subject to availability, qualifications, and client requirements. Employment is not guaranteed.

Listings are shared for information. Hiring decisions are made by the client, and any working arrangement is between you and that client. Completing a course does not guarantee an interview, a placement, or income.

9. Affiliate and referral programs

Participation in the Affiliate Program or the Referral Program requires an application and approval, and is governed by a separate agreement that is shared upon acceptance. Nothing on this website is an offer of commission or reward on its own.

10. Digital services

Digital services (such as Facebook Ads management, website design, funnel design, and virtual assistance) are provided under the scope, timeline, and price agreed with you in your quote or service agreement, which takes priority over these terms for that project.

11. Limitation of liability

The website and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, CSRS Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost income or opportunities, or for interruptions or errors on the website or on third-party services such as video hosting and payment channels. Our total liability for any claim related to a course is limited to the amount you paid us for that course. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Philippine consumer protection law.

12. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the website after a change, the updated terms apply.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be brought before the proper courts of the Philippines, after a good-faith attempt to resolve the matter with us directly.
